Returns follow the policy shown on each Etsy listing.
For Etsy orders, customers should review the live return and exchange policy on the exact Etsy listing before checkout. Etsy explains that each seller sets return, exchange, and refund policies for their listings.
If a return is accepted, GLIART and the buyer should confirm the return details in Etsy Messages before the item is shipped back.

Etsy Purchase Protection
Eligible Etsy orders may qualify for Etsy Purchase Protection.
Etsy says qualifying orders may receive a refund if an item does not arrive, arrives after the estimated delivery window, arrives damaged, or differs significantly from the listing description or photos.
Customers should contact GLIART first. If the issue is not resolved after the Etsy waiting period, customers can use Etsy's case process from their Etsy order page.

One-year warranty
1-year warranty for confirmed manufacturer defects.
GLIART provides a one-year limited warranty for confirmed manufacturer defects in the kinetic mechanism or wooden construction under normal indoor use.
Warranty review requires the buyer's order email, product name, photos or video of the issue, and a short description. Damage from incorrect assembly, drops, water, outdoor exposure, heat, misuse, or unauthorized modification is not covered.
Custom color
Custom color orders must be confirmed before payment.
If a buyer chooses a custom color option, GLIART must confirm the requested color, finish direction, production feasibility, and timing through WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger before PayPal checkout.
Shipping
Shipping details must be accurate before checkout.
Customers must enter the correct full name, email, phone number, country, street address, city, state or region, and postal code. GLIART uses the email to send order information and follow-up support.
Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged by the customer's country and are outside GLIART's control.
Cart checkout with PayPal
Website sale pricing is verified by the backend.
The GLIART cart checkout uses backend-verified product, option, quantity, and discount rules. Each product already includes the website sale price, and discount codes cannot stack with the automatic 15% multi-product discount.
If PayPal checkout has an issue, customers can send an order request from the cart page so GLIART can follow up by email.
