Meta app privacy policy

GLIART Meta app data is used only for GLIART-owned business support.

This Privacy Policy also applies to the GliartStoreads Meta application used by GLIART Handcrafted Art. The app is used by the GLIART business owner and authorized staff to manage the GLIART Facebook Page, Messenger customer support, advertising performance, and product catalog operations.

Depending on approved Meta permissions, the app may receive Page ID, Page name, message text, Page-scoped sender ID for Messenger conversations, comments or engagement data, ad account and campaign performance data, catalog item data, and basic profile information provided by Meta for authorized business users.

This data is used only to connect the GLIART Page, subscribe webhooks, receive and reply to customer messages, review Page engagement, manage GLIART ads, measure ad performance, and maintain GLIART product catalog information for GLIART-owned assets. It is not sold and is not used to access unrelated Pages, ad accounts, catalogs, or users.

If the app uses a Meta Business Manager System User token, that token is assigned by the authorized GLIART business owner inside Meta Business Manager and is used only for server-to-server operations on GLIART-owned assets.

To request deletion of Meta-related data associated with a GLIART Page conversation or interaction, email [email protected] with your Facebook profile name, the GLIART Page you contacted, and the approximate date of the interaction.
